Lando Norris signs McLaren extension through at least 2030

McLaren and Lando Norris have agreed a contract extension that secures the reigning Formula 1 world champion's future with the team until at least the end of 2030. Multiple outlets reported the new deal, with McLaren announcing that Norris will continue his stay at the Woking-based squad on a long-term basis.

Several reports said the agreement includes options that could extend Norris's time at McLaren beyond 2030. Autosport and Motorsport.com also reported that Norris, 26, personally shared the news with staff at McLaren's Woking factory during the team's annual family event.
