Gilles Villeneuve film set to premiere at Toronto festival

A new film on the life of Gilles Villeneuve is set to premiere at the Toronto film festival. The project has been described as a decade in the making and focuses on the origins of one of Formula 1's most admired figures.

Jacques Villeneuve has spoken about the movie and said he was holding back tears while watching footage from it. He was referring to the life of his father, Gilles, who died in 1982.

Jacques also said his father was driving angry before the fatal crash.
