The Andretti drivers started from the front row and controlled the early stages, managing a race that included a red flag and two full course yellows. Later use of ATTACK MODE proved decisive, helping them reassert themselves after dropping into the pack during the middle part of the race.
Dennis went on to secure the win at the chequered flag, with Andretti backing up its front-row lockout with a one-two finish. Behind them, the top four drivers in the championship all failed to score.
