Drivers push back on Alonso’s criticism of F1 grid standards

Fernando Alonso criticised the standard of some current Formula 1 drivers, saying about one-third of the grid has “very low” driving standards.
Other drivers did not support that assessment. According to reports, Alonso’s rivals rejected his view of the grid.
Alex Albon was among those to respond, stating: “I don’t agree. It’s as simple as that.”
