Hamilton reveals Ferrari F40 as long-held ambition is fulfilled

Lewis Hamilton has revealed that he now owns a Ferrari F40, describing it as the car of his dreams and saying he had wanted one since he was a child. The seven-time world champion said owning an F40 had been a lifelong ambition.

Hamilton shared the news on social media alongside photos of the retro supercar. The images showed the car in what appeared to be an engine-out restoration project.

Reports also noted that Hamilton had previously sold off his car collection, while leaving open the possibility of one exception. That exception has now emerged as the Ferrari F40.
