Leclerc cites older Ferrari engine and overdriving after Madrid qualifying

Charles Leclerc said running without Ferrari’s latest ADUO 2 power unit specification hurt him in qualifying for the Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid. He indicated that using the older engine package was a key reason he slipped down the order.

Leclerc also acknowledged that part of the outcome was down to his own driving. After the session, he said he went over the limit in qualifying.
