Antonelli says Baku practice was a good recovery after Mercedes issue

Kimi Antonelli said his practice running ahead of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix was a good recovery. The Mercedes driver was reflecting on the sessions in Baku after losing much of his track time earlier.

His running had been curtailed by a mechanical issue. Despite that setback, Antonelli said the way practice unfolded represented a positive response.

Mercedes also reflected on the practice running in Azerbaijan alongside Antonelli. Across the sessions, the shared view was that it amounted to a good recovery after the earlier problem.
