Tsunoda reflects on Racing Bulls return at Zandvoort

Tsunoda’s Dutch Grand Prix weekend marked a return to Racing Bulls as part of his reserve driver duties. He said the experience left him feeling "like a rookie" as he got his first taste of Formula 1’s current cars.

According to the reports, Tsunoda qualified 12th for the Zandvoort sprint and said he was "pretty satisfied" with that performance while adapting to the newer machinery. His appearance came after Isack Hadjar withdrew from the event with a wrist injury sustained over the summer break, Liam Lawson moved temporarily to Red Bull, and Tsunoda stepped in as reserve for both teams.

Tsunoda also described the return as an opportunity to prove himself and "sell" what he can offer for 2027. He additionally shared his first impressions after sampling the current generation of cars for the first time.
