Antonelli quickest in final Bahrain GP practice at Sepang

Antonelli set the fastest time in Free Practice 3 for the Bahrain Grand Prix weekend in Malaysia, marking the first time Mercedes topped a session during the event. His best lap of 1:36.302 came at the Sepang International Circuit.

The Mercedes driver ended the session 0.278 seconds clear of Max Verstappen, while Red Bull's Isack Hadjar was third. George Russell made it two Mercedes cars in the top four, finishing fourth and 0.610 seconds off the pace.

The final practice session began quietly as teams managed challenging track conditions ahead of qualifying. Antonelli's benchmark underlined Mercedes' one-lap pace at the close of practice.
