Russell leads throughout to win Zandvoort Sprint

Russell controlled the Sprint at the Dutch Grand Prix from the front, making a clean start and retaining the lead at Zandvoort. He led all 24 laps to secure his third Saturday win of the 2026 Formula One season.

Behind him, Leclerc moved ahead of Norris to take second place, with Norris completing the podium for McLaren. Russell took the chequered flag 1.360 seconds clear of Leclerc.

Most of the leading runners started on medium tyres, while Leclerc chose softs from third on the grid. Norris later held off late pressure from championship leader Kimi Antonelli to keep third.
